Product’s Feature:
Carbon fiber tube is composed of Carbon Fiber Twill (or Plain) Weave Fabric, Unidirectional Carbon
Fiber prepreg and epoxy resin. The tube is firstly table rolled with a mandrel of certain diameter and length.
It's then put into the oven of high temperature for thermoset process. To reach the high precision, the tubes
are usually ground and then put onto the epoxy spray if Glossy shinny finish is needed. Tube dimensions
available range between 3mm OD to 100mm, Max length less than 3000mm.
Application:
for petroleum/ natural gas pipeline , for conveying water,drainage,coal gas, mineral slurry and other low-middle
pressure liquids. Also for chemical industry, building structure,heat-supply and pile driving projects.
